This was a short story that I read in about an hour. It was good enough as far as short stories go, though I was a bit underwhelmed by the romantic element. For this to supposedly be "erotica", and BDSM at that, it was quite tame. The "SPICY" factor just wasn't there, and that was kind of why I picked this story to review.

The story wasn't long enough to truly develop the characters, Tabitha and Marcus, but from what I got to read of them, they were characters I could see myself wanting to follow through the series. They were a bit cheesy at times, but so what? All romance novels have a certain cheese factor. It's expected. And of course, we were hit with the dreaded "INSTA-LOVE", but what else could the author do with a story this short? I usually pitch a fit over insta-love plots, but this one was easy to overlook. Probably because the characters weren't acting like lovesick teenagers, and recognized and accepted the insta-love for what it was.

Overall, a very fast read that is FREE on Amazon. If you need a romance quick fix, then I would suggest this one.
