Book promotion on this site is done via bundled packages, which contain the following elements (click on the links to read about each element):


If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about any of the above material or about the package information below, please email me. Also, it's a good idea to email me once you buy a package. I get an email from Paypal, but my reply emails sometimes get sent to the Junk folder where they are lost. Emails to me are never lost as I go through my junk folder daily.

And if you don't hear back from me in a timely fashion, please be patient. I have a lot on my plate and don't always have time to reply to emails on a daily basis. If after a few days you don't hear from me, send me a reminder email. That will usually do the trick. You wouldn't believe all the work this site requires.
