Amazon, B&N, KOBO: Leave our self-published and/or Indie authors alone. (petition)

In reaction to offending titles that glorify rape, incest, and child abuse, online retailers started taking down self-published titles. According to the blogs I've read, KOBO was the worst offender, taking down their entire self-published catalog until they could figure out which ones were violating their content policy.

Some have called this censorship. Others have said that companies can do what they want. They aren't the government, after all. I won't comment on that part of the issue.

Just this: to take down tons of books in reaction to offending titles is a knee jerk reaction that borders on discrimination.

Obviously, I'm against it because I fight for the indie author. That's what this site is about. What do you think?
