Kindle Select: most either love it or hate it, right? Why do some authors swear by Amazon's Kindle Select program and others loathe it? Well, the reasons are numerous, and I won't get into all of that here.

What I will say is this: if you don't work at it, Kindle Select probably won't work for you. You can't just sit back and expect your fame to rise out of the ashes. You have to beat the pavement. Otherwise, your FREE days will mean absolutely zilch.

That's where we come in


Kindle Select FREE days are all about spreading the word, getting as many people to download it as possible. Maybe you'll get some reviews out of it (good or bad), and hopefully you will show up on some Amazon lists and searches.

Some people might even tell their family and friends about your book, and some of them may even buy it—those that don't borrow it from the free downloaders. (But that's another post for another day.)

But how will anyone know about you if you don't advertise it?

  • 1 Promo Post (Synopsis, Excerpt, Bio)
  • A dozen or so tweets scattered throughout the day.
  • A banner ad the day of the FREE promotion, encouraging readers to get your book for free. (A few hundred people visit this blog even on our slowest days, more so on traffic heavy days—I can't predict what traffic levels will be for any given day, though I try for as high of traffic as I can get each day.)

Package # 2: All FREE Days (2 - 5 days)

Price: $25

  • 1 Promo Post (Synopsis, Excerpt, Bio)
  • A dozen or so tweets scattered throughout each day of the promotion.
  • A banner ad the days of the FREE promotion

Send me an email as soon as you buy a package, giving me a link to your book on Amazon and what days it will be free. If your free days extend beyond the scope of the package you buy or beyond the packages I offer, I'll post the promo post at the beginning as posts are advertised for more than just two days. The banner ad(s) and tweets will be as stated above, though.
