What is tagging?

When you tag a book on Amazon, you are either assigning keywords that apply to the book or agreeing about keywords that already exist. If you scroll down ... and down ... and down some more, you'll come to a section that looks a little like this:

Simply check mark all the boxes and then click "Agree with these tags?"

Why?

Because this will help the author sell more books. Here's an example of how it works: if a book is tagged enough times with the keyword Fantasy, that book will be more likely to show up when someone searches for Fantasy books.

Book Number One

The Ghost in Me

Synopsis: Where Ghost Adventures meet Freaky Friday... Myri Monaco has problems she doesn't know how to deal with: a crush on her best friend's boyfriend, a mother who's dating her science teacher, and heart-stopping auditions for the school play. But most girls don't have a ghost living at home who is willing to "trade places" whenever she's needed. Will ghostly possession be an easy solution when problems collide? Or, will Myri lose everything to a ghost wanting to fulfill her own desires?
