A little about the video
It's a parody of the kind of promotional trailer where a writer talks about his creative process. Humour is a subjective thing, of course, but anybody who has sat through this kind of video will know exactly what I'm trying to do.
The video was shot by a friend of mine in her office. (I loved the brick wall, and just knew it would make a great background.) The title cards, book cover and effects were all created and/or added on my computer.
