A nytime we put a call out for books to review, the picture to the right is a good representation of what happens. We get it. There are lots of books out there, and we reach a lot of authors. The problem is that it takes a lot of work to process that many books. We've been doing this since 2011, and since DeeJay joined the team in 2012, the review crew has grown tremendously. DeeJay and I both agree that it is time for a change.
